Child support laws cover all rights to children by each custodial and non-custodial parent in regards to the amount of time they see their children, payments, and all issues related. The laws are mainly used to look-up the guidelines in the State in order to view how much a person will be paying/receiving for their settlement.if there are any issues such as non-payment from the non-custodial parent the laws will instruct the custodial parent on the route they will need to go in order to be compensated legally.
